The house renovation was followed by a separate kitchen project. The walls needed to follow the client’s design and accommodate the fixings and lighting associated with the kitchen.

Phase 1

Preparing the kitchen wall

The client’s design set the direction. The wall shape, fixing positions and lighting were coordinated for the kitchen installation.

Phase 2

Metal framing and plywood

We built the feature walls on metal framing and lined them with plywood. This formed the client’s design and provided the base for finishing.

The underlying construction determines the shape and junctions of the visible joinery.

Phase 3

Lighting and finishing

Recessed spotlights were incorporated into the joinery, followed by the wall finishes. This separate kitchen project was carried out in December 2025.
