Head of Interior Design
Turns your ideas into a coordinated interior: practical layouts, colour and material advice, lighting, furniture and finishes. Nini shapes the design around your style, everyday needs and budget, working with project leadership to connect design and delivery.

The floor you see and use every day. A lasting finish starts with a level, carefully prepared base.
Underfloor heating and the screed are an important stage before the finish. Levels and connections are considered in the build-up.
In this renovation we installed two layers of PIR insulation. Insulation beneath the heated floor limits downward heat loss.
Reinforced aluminium foil was installed beneath the PIR as moisture protection. A detail that is no longer visible once the floor is closed.
Each home needs its own specification. This example explains one project, not a universal floor design.
