01 / WORKING WITH HWR

A consistent team taking responsibility for the agreed result. We coordinate our work with your programme, the other trades on site and the finish you require.
Properly equipped. Independently mobile.
Our tools are predominantly Hilti, complemented by Festool, Milwaukee and other professional equipment. Our own vans transport the team, tools and required materials. Specialist deliveries and large equipment are agreed in advance.

02 / RENOVATION & FINISHING
Multiple trades. One coordinated approach.
Bring us in for one trade or let the same team handle the following stages. We agree the scope and team allocation with you.
Carpentry, walls & ceilings
Renovation carpentry, metal-stud and plasterboard partitions, plasterboard ceilings, insulation, service boxing, and internal doors with frames.
Plastering & painting
Surface preparation, smooth plastering, sanding, priming and painting. We agree the required finish and coating system before starting.
Flooring & tiling
Floor preparation, levelling, PVC, laminate and parquet. Wall and floor tiling, grouting, sealant work and bathroom finishing within the agreed scope.
Preparation & interior fit-out
Selective demolition, protection of existing surfaces and coordination of the finishing stages. Suitable for renovations, conversions and phased handovers.
Structural alterations, specialist installations, permits and project-specific safety or certification requirements are assessed and agreed separately before work starts. We do not claim qualifications that have not been demonstrated.

On site, we communicate in English, French, Moldovan/Romanian or Russian, depending on the team member. Dutch is not our spoken working language. We agree beforehand who will communicate with your project management team and in which language.
