Willem’s interior renovation in Breda

For Willem, the work began with removing the existing fit-out. Only then were the different surfaces accessible for the renewed paint finish.

02 / Step by step

The project in phases

Phase 1

Removing the old fit-out

We removed the agreed reception counter, furniture, shelving, floor layers, partitions and old kitchen and toilet elements. Unused cabling and fixings were cleared as well. Additional waste removal was needed beyond the original container.

Clearing the space exposes the surfaces and keeps old fittings out of the way.

Phase 2

Painting walls, timber and metal

We cleaned and degreased the surfaces and protected retained elements. Walls, frames, stairs and other timber and metal components received suitable preparation and coatings, renewing the space as a whole.

Why this matters

Different substrates need appropriate preparation and paint systems.

Phase 3

Ceiling panels and completion

Approximately 55 m² of the suspended ceiling received new OWA panels, followed by cleanup and final junction work. The project took place in December 2025.
